Harmony Real Estate Capital (“HRE”) is a private equity real estate investment company that aims to apply disciplined approaches in real estate investments through integrating technology and sustainability management.

Before the founding of  HRE in 2022, the majority team members have been working together for a leading global real estate investment company. The HRE team has completed over 100 real estate investments in Greater China since 2001, with the majority of assets in industrial, logistics, and life science parks, distressed/special situation projects, and residential properties.

In 2014, HRE team spearheaded logistics real estate investment in China and sucessfully exited the largest logistics and industrial portfolio ever in East China in 2022.
